She is also very thorough and is willing to work with you in anyway. Words cannot express how much I appreciate her, not only as a landlord yet also as a person. She exudes great integrity, and that to me is the most important quality to look for in anyone. She is definitely a woman of her word. For I know that, she will not try to screw us in any way. Because trust me! we have dealt with landlords that are bunch of crooks ( all about the money and could careless about your needs).
